- Adds a running backend and supported database; unnecessary for a small offline/local-save game. Reuse a working backend first.
- Cloud saves are project-defined data and permissions built on storage, not an automatic complete save/migration/offline-sync system.
- Non-authoritative leaderboards allow client score submission by default; competitive results require authoritative configuration and actual server-side validation.
- Code is free; hosted capacity, bandwidth, database operations and optional Heroic Cloud/Enterprise products are separate. Their rights/prices are not assessed here.
- Separate engine/client SDK versions and licences need review; no universal engine/mobile/browser or performance certification.
- Pinned release's PostgreSQL Compose example still selects Nakama image3.37.0, not source release3.41.0. Treat it as development reference; do not copy its default credentials/exposed ports into production.
