A useful catalogue.
A small data footprint.
Search demand
Search works without analytics. If you opt in on a results page, Forge stores normalized search terms, selected filters, result counts, a random event ID and clicked resource IDs. It also keeps total public category clicks and their first/latest dates, without individual category-click records. These help identify missing resources. We do not store your IP address, account ID, email, project text or copied prompts with these records.
Obvious email addresses, links and credential-like queries are excluded. Filtering cannot guarantee removal of every personal detail: keep searches about game resources. Preview/test traffic is excluded unless explicitly enabled for a test.
Search consent is remembered only for this browser tab. Clear it below. Google Analytics is optional. It loads only on eligible public launch pages when configured and after you choose “Allow analytics”. Private account/admin/project pages, copied briefs, filtered searches and previews do not load it. Your choice is stored in this browser; you can change it here when analytics is enabled. Our page-view brief removes query strings, fragments and referrers and uses a fixed site title. Google then processes usage data under its own terms.
Retention
Individual search events are removed after 30 days by the maintenance command. Aggregated topic demand is retained without account identifiers. Production scheduling is still required before launch.
Accounts & private projects
Accounts, when enabled, store your name, email, securely hashed password, necessary session cookies and session security details such as IP address and browser information. Projects, collections, links, ideas, notes and tasks are private. Recently viewed resources are off by default; if you enable them in My Forge, up to 12 public resources are remembered privately. You can clear them or turn the feature off to delete this history. They are never automatically sent to AI or analytics providers. Deleting your account removes its private Forge records and sessions; retained backup snapshots expire under the eventual host’s retention policy. Catalogue admins have no workbench access to your private projects or passwords. Editorial changes retain action, target, timestamp and record hashes for accountability; deleting an editor account clears its actor reference.
Playing BINX Fun games here
Game windows connect directly to BINX Fun only after you press Play here. BINX Fun and any services used by its game then apply their own privacy terms. Stop game closes the embedded window. You can also open the game directly on BINX Fun.
