Capture the exact problem and make the smallest safe fix.

Show the actual problem
Record expected behaviour, what happened, the full relevant error and engine/package versions. Remove secrets and private paths.
Check: The report describes one reproducible failure.
- STEP 2
Check instructions and overlap
Confirm the required versions, paths and dependencies. Look for an existing system doing the same job.
Check: The proposed cause is supported or labelled as a hypothesis.
- STEP 3
Try one reversible fix
Ask your AI to explain the change first. Keep the working baseline and refuse blanket reinstalls or deleting unrelated files.
Check: One change is isolated and can be undone.
- STEP 4
Test the original case
Repeat the failing steps and a quick existing-feature check. If it still fails, stop and return to the last working state.
Check: The report says what passed, failed and remains untested.

- A suggestion is not a completed repair until you run the relevant check.
