Limitations & compatibility

This review covers 2D RPGs and documented Windows, macOS and web deployment. Web games need a server and a WebGL/Canvas/Web Audio-capable browser. Native Android/iOS/Linux and console exports are not established here; no runtime/export/device test was executed.
Use MZ-specific plugins through Tools → Plugin Manager. MZ event Script evaluates JavaScript; Plugin Command calls an enabled plugin and its arguments. Generic JavaScript/npm packages or MV plugins are not automatically compatible. Check third-party licences, dependencies and the project core version.
MZ 3D particle/battle effects do not establish a full 3D or 2.5D-world engine; third-party conversions are outside this review.

Current Material Terms permit authorized purchasers using included materials in other engines, subject to the exact terms and exclusions. Separate or bundled material packages/DLC have their own terms; prohibited sample materials remain excluded. This is not blanket RTP/DLC or reusable-template clearance.
